N.E. Parrott Surveys Limited provides multidisciplinary engineering, design, surveying, and technical support for residential, commercial, municipal, industrial, mining, hydroelectric, and infrastructure projects.

By combining engineering knowledge with land surveying, geomatics, UAV, LiDAR, hydrographic surveying, and 3D laser-scanning capabilities, NEPSL can support projects from preliminary investigation and planning through design, regulatory approval, construction, monitoring, and final as-built documentation.

Engineering Services:

·       Site Planning and Development: Conceptual and detailed site planning that considers building placement, access, parking, grading,                        drainage, utilities, environmental conditions, and future development requirements.

·       Subdivision Planning and Design: Lot configuration, road and access planning, grading, drainage, servicing coordination, preliminary and              final plans, regulatory approval support, legal surveying, and construction layout.

·       Road and Access Design: Planning and design support for access roads, road upgrades, site entrances, alignments, profiles, grading,                    drainage, and associated infrastructure.

·       Grading, Drainage and Stormwater Management: Design of site-grading plans, ditches, culverts, drainage systems, erosion-control                          measures, and stormwater-management solutions.

On-Site Septic-System Engineering:

As part of its broader engineering services, NEPSL provides complete on-site wastewater solutions for residential, commercial, multi-unit, institutional, remote-camp, and industrial properties. Systems are designed according to site conditions, expected usage, environmental considerations, and applicable regulatory requirements.
