N.E. Parrott Surveys Limited (NEPSL) is a professional multidisciplinary land surveying firm, founded by Neil Parrott in 1983 that is now owned and operated by his three children Charlez, Janeil and Nicholas. NEPSL is a NunatukKavut Registered Indigenous Business with over 37 years of experience providing professional land surveying services in Newfoundland and Labrador. Although Newfoundland and Labrador are our core service areas, we have the ability to extend our core service area for special projects and circumstances.  

N.E. Parrott Surveys Limited is a member of the Association of Newfoundland Land Surveyors (ANLS), Canada Land Surveyors (CLS), Professional Engineers of Newfoundland and Labrador (PEGNL) and Association of Professional Engineers New Brunswick (APEGNB). Each of the aforementioned associations has a code of ethics protecting the public by continually developing and enforcing a code of ethics for our profession which NEPSL strictly abides by.

N.E. Parrott Surveys Limited provides services to both the private and public sectors across multiple industries. NEPSL utilizes modern surveying equipment in collecting field data; combined with our qualifications, software and training, we are able to offer our clients quality results and deliverables in an efficient and professional manner. 

Who We Are

Our survey technicians have completed training from recognized educational institutes and are competent in the completion of any project in their fields of expertise. Technicians also participate in continuing education programs such as Advanced G.P.S. courses, C.A.D., and advanced survey software.

N.E.P.S.L. is fully equipped and qualified to undertake any project from any aspect of surveying. Final results are offered on reproducible hard copy plans, disc, or any electronic format required.
